How Can severe Dizziness Along With Nausea Be Treated?

I have been having dizzy spells, I went to an ENT and he said that it was not inner ear related! The first one I had sent me to Urgent care, I was severely dizzy and nauseous! I was diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst 9 years ago and was wondering if that could have something to do with it? The dizzy spells have lessened, but they are still debilitating! thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your solicitousness

As per your clinical history nausea and dizziness can be due to many pathological causes among them intracranial lesion is one among them so as you have a cyst so it can not be ruled out.so do a present MRI to know current status of the cyst and to consult with your neuro surgeon to abstract it.

Hope that helps
